Source: Death Certificate: ''''''''''''''' Our Heavenly Father has called Donna Lee Egan home. She was welcomed into his arms on Monday morning, Oct. 8, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents Joe and Twylah Karel and her two sons, Pat and Dan Egan. She is survived by her sister, MaryAnn Majerus; her three sons, Tim, Matt and David Egan; her daughter, Maureen Tetrault; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. The celebration of her life will take place on Friday the 12th, at 6 p.m. at Dahl Funeral Chapel with memorial services on Saturday the 13th, at 10 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Vincent Healthcare Foundation or RiverStone Hospice.
