Bio

William Henry Carmichael, son of Archibald and Elizabeth Sparks Carmichael. Served as the fifer in the Civil War with 97th Regiment,Monroe County,Indiana. He was killed 4-18-1863 Moscow,Tenn. The were abouts of his grave is unknown, probably in the state of Tenn. with other Civil War Soldiers. I'm creating him a memorial listed under unknown cemetery.
