Margaret Tater Wells, 89, of Gordon, Texas, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2012. She was born August 18, 1923, in Victoria County to the late Emil J. and Emily Machicek Tater. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Wells. Burial: St. Joseph Cemetery, Inez, Texas. She was born August 18, 1923, in Victoria County to the late Emil J. and Emily Machicek Tater. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her brothers, Benny J. Tater and Milton Tater, both of Inez. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Wells. A Rosary will be recited at 7 pm Friday, October 5, 2012, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Inez. Funeral services will be at 10 am Saturday, October 6, 2012, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Inez, Rev. Michael Rother officiating. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery.
