The Peoples Banner (David City, Nebr.), February 11, 1937, p. 8, col. 2 & 3 LINWOOD Mrs. Frantiska Viglicky passed away at the home of her son Anton J. Viglicky near Edholm on Wednesday February 3, 1937 at the age of 90 years. Mrs. Viglicky, as Fastiska Matousek, was born October 20, 1846 in Moravia. Coming to this country settled in Butler county where she has resided until her death. Her husband passed away in 1928 and one son Joe Viglicky passed away in 1934. She leaves to mourn her death one son Anton J. Viglicky where she has made her home the past few years. Funeral services were held at the Anton Viglicky farm home on Friday at 9:30 A. M. followed by rites at 10 A. M. at St. Peter and Paul Catholic church in Abie, Nebraska, with the Rev. Father Kasny officiating. Burial was in the Abie Cemetery.
