Exact place and date of death and burial are unknown. She and Jarrett Riley Campbell were married 29 Nov 1860 in Washington County, Arkansas, was daughter of Leander Buchanan and Margery Buchanan. She was born 1833 in Tennessee or Arkansas, and died about 1870 in probably Henderson County, Tex.. The information on Louisa Jane Buchanan is included in Jeanne C. Helms. history of the Campbell family. Her mother's maiden name was also Buchanan. She is shown on the 1870 census in Henderson County,Texas but it is not known exactly when she died or where she is buried. The 1850 Washington County Arkansas Census lists Louisa as the 17 year old daughter of Leander and Margery Buchanan, along with sisters Francis, 22 years old; Hannah, 15; Ellinor 13; and brother John , 12. Other Children of Jarrett Riley and Louisa Buchanan Campbell are: Josephine Campbell, born 05 Nov 1861 in Arkansas - burial unknown.
