JOHN TROJAN OF DWIGHT Mrs. John Trojan passed away at her home four miles southwest of Dwight early Wednesday morning, Dec. 25, at the age of 64 years, 11 months and 19 days. She had been in poor health for the past fourteen years but the direct cause of her death was pneumonia from which she suffered for only five days. Mary Fencl was Mrs. Trojan's maiden name. She was born at Bridgewood, Illinois, Nov. 18, 1871, and at the age of three years came with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Fencl, to Prague. She was married to John Trojan on Nov. 18, 1890, at Plasi, following which they resided in the vicinity of Bruno for some twenty-three years. In 1913 they moved to their present home near Dwight. Mrs. Trojan is survived by her aged mother, living at Prague, her husband, four sons: Louis of Ogallala, John of Garland, Rudolph of Ulysses and Joe who resides at home with his father; by two daughters Mrs. Ed (Anna) Semin of David City and Mrs. Frank Zitek of Ulysses also by six brothers, Frank Fencl of Weston, Chas. and James of Prague, Rudolph of Ceresco, John of Ross, North Dak., and Anton of Louisiana; two sisters, Mrs. Anna Gregorich of Valley and Mrs. Tony Kaspar of Bruno; eighteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Mrs. Trojan was a kind and considerate mother, a faithful wife and an ardent member of the Catholic church. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Society of the Dwight parish. Funeral services were held Friday morning, at ten o'clock, at Assumption Catholic Church, Dwight, with Rev. B. Bauer conducting the rites assisted by Rev. A. Skvardla. Burial was in the Dwight Catholic cemetery, the pall bearers being four of Mrs. Trojan's brothers, Frank, Chas., Rudolph and James Fencl, Jacob Vaverka and Joseph Trojan. Otto Holesovsky of Brainard had charge of the funeral. Folks from elsewhere in attendance at the funeral were Mrs. Mary Trojan and three sons, Joseph, Louis and Ernest, and Mrs. Anna Trojan all of Bison, Oklahoma, Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Vaverka of Waukomie, Okla., Mr. and Mrs. Frank Fencl and family of Weston, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Fencl and family, Mrs. and Mrs. James Fencl, Mr. and Mrs. John Odvody and Anton Schultz all of Prague; Mr. and Mrs. John Gregocich Sr. and Mr. and Mrs. Claire Galston of Valley; Mr. and Mrs. Ludwig Kaspar and family, Mrs. Joseph Fencl and family and Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Coufal of Bruno; Mr. and Mrs. Jos. Svoboda and daughter of David City; Mr. and Mrs. Louis Schubert, Mr. and Mrs. John Gregorich Jr. and Mrs. Anna Cooper of Schubert, Mr. and Mrs. John Greg[orich], Omaha. __ We hereby extend our sincere thanks to all our friends, neighbors and relatives for your kind help and sympathy in our bereavement; we wish to especially thank Rev.
