FIALA - Mrs. Rose Fiala, 91, formerly of Butler County, died Wednesday in the Columbus Manor. Final rites will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Knott Funeral Chapel, David City, where the body will lie in state 1-9 p.m. Friday and before the service. Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery at Dwight. Daughter of Joseph and Emily Kadner, she was born Jan. 15, 1886. Widow of Method Fiala, she is survived by five daughters, Mrs. William (Velasta) Nolan and Mrs. Ivan (Adela) Flowers of Marshalltown, Iowa, Mrs. Fred (Sophia) Ptacek of Davenport, Iowa, Mrs. Donald (Elsie) Pauly of Chicago, Mrs. Orville (Olga) Bridgeman of Sun City, Arizona; one son, Rudolph M. Fiala of Lincoln; five stepsons, Joseph Fiala of Rising City, Charles and Louis of Lincoln, Mike of Dwight, Emil of North Dakota; brother Joseph Kadner of Marshalltown, Iowa; sister, Emma of Escondido, Calif.
