Galveston Rites Held For LM Lady's Brother Funeral services for John Kolenovsky, 03, Galveston, brother of Mr.s. Frances Kaluza, La Marque, were held at 11 a.m. Friday in Malloy and Son funeral home, Galveston, thence to St. Patrick's Church 11:15 a.m., Rev. officiating. A rosary was p.m. Thursday by Father Ruddy. Mr. Kolenovsky, a resident of Galveston for 30 years, died at 3:20 a.m. Wednesday in John Sealy hospital. He was born Dec. 27, 1897 in Czechoslovakia. He was a retired longshoreman and a member of St. Patrick's church. Other survivors include his wife, Janie; five sons, James, Alvin, Edward and Freddie, all of Galveston, and Ernest of Houston; three sisters, Mr.s. Janie Cocek, Galveston, Mrs. Mary Jurand of Fort Worth, and Mrs. Kaluza; three brother's, Joe of Dallas, Frank of Taylor and Robert of New York. Burial was in Calvary cemetery.
