Published Obituary: The Schuyler Sun (Schuyler, Nebraska) 28 Oct 1965, Thu Page 3 "Abie resident buried Wednesday" Mrs. Emma Frohmer, 72, was buried in the National Cemetery at Abie Wednesday afternoon following service at 2 p.m. in the National Hall. The Rev. Donald Proett officiated. Kucera-Rozanek Chapel had charge of arrangement. Mrs. Frohner, an Abie homemaker, died Oct. 23, after a six year illness. Daughter of Mike and Mary Cink Zizka, she was born June 20, 1893 in Prague. She was married April 22, 1920, to Joseph Frohner in Fremont. They lived in Prague since their marriage. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary at Prague and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary in Columbus. She is survived by Mr. Frohner, four daughters, Darlene, Mrs. Frank Anderson of Gardenia, Calif., Edna, Mrs. Carl Rex and Miss Mary Maxine Frohner of Fremont and Jean, Mrs. Royal Chestnut of Columbus; three sons, Charles of Inglewood, Calif., Frank of Hawthorne, Calif., and James of Los Angeles, seven grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Marion Voboril and Mrs. Libbie Schultz of Prague. Pallbearers were Jerry Kopecky, Emil Shalon, Thomas Shanahan, Leonard Roh, James Zima and Elmer Pecha. Contributor: S. Wardell (47551395)
