September 12, 1938 - August 7, 2012 OKLAHOMA CITY Ramona Faye Hervey, died at home in OKC, following an extended illness. She was born to Murrell & Thelma Hoskins. She married husband, Robert on June 1, 1971. Mona retired from Bone & Joint Hospital in 1986 & followed her love of golf & spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by both parents, a brother, two sisters, a niece & a nephew. Survivors include, daughter, Cindy McGowan; son, Mike Slayton; step-children, Michael Hervey & wife Judy, Danny Hervey & Dr. Cynthia Mackey; grandchildren, Angela, Sarah Jean, Cody & Molly; as well as numerous nieces, nephews. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM, Friday, August 10, 2012, at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church, 2727 SW 119th St., OKC, OK. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers donation may be made to Special Mission Ministries, St. Andrew's United Methodist Church. Services are under the direction of the John M.
