Headstone indexed by the Abram Morehouse Chapter, Louisiana Society, N.S.D.A.R. between 1954 and 1957 for the book "Louisiana Tombstone Inscriptions: Volume Two, Morehouse Parish, La." First name and place of death taken from the Louisiana State Death Certificate Index. His obituary appeared in the Monroe News-Star on June 1st. He died after a surgical procedure. His Death Certificate abstract on Familysearch states he was the son of D.C. Barr and Lizzie Hardy. His wife's name was Minnie.
