Funeral services for JoAnn Coleman, age 76, of Sulphur Springs will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 2, 2012 at West Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Burns officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery North with Todd Gorton, C. W. Gregory, Ronny Doss, Gabe Cordova, Pat Bryant, Johnny Gibson, John Mitchell and Curtis Clark serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 1, 2012 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Mrs. Coleman passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2012 at Sunny Springs Nursing Home. Mrs. Coleman was born on February 20, 1936 in Wood County, the daughter of Francis and Dora (Reppond) Hoover. She married Aubrey Coleman on June 27, 1952 in Dallas, TX. He preceded her in death on March 11, 2009. Before retirement Mrs. Coleman worked as an office manager for Price Ford for 18 years. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She is survived by one son, Darrell Coleman and wife Stephanie of Sulphur Springs; grandchildren, Amy Goldsmith and husband Bryant of Hico, Missy Wyatt and husband Pete of Sulphur Springs, Tina Mobley and husband Tommy of Grand Saline, John Coleman of Austin, Johnathan Moore and wife Taylor of Sulphur Springs and Krista Fugate and husband Jeremy of Sulphur Springs; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, J. W. Hoover and wife Jackie of Mesquite; sister-in-law, Netha Hoover. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Delayne Coleman, brother, Melvin Hoover and sister, Louise Pogue.
