Services for Mrs. Grace Pearl Thompson, 88, who died Tuesday will be today at 2 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mike Jackson, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery under direction of Tanner-Aulds Funeral Home. Mrs. Thompson was born Dec. 5, 1891, in Lawrence, Kansas. She had lived in Iowa Park since 1919. She was a partner in Thompson Tool Company., a member of First United Methodist Church, the WSCS, and a 50-year member of the Eastern Star. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Walter (Wilma) Spruiell; a son, Alvin Thompson, and a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Lavere Thompson, all of Iowa Park; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
