MANITOWOC HEARLD TIMES MAY 18, 1948 MRS. BARBARA JISA,94 died Monday afternoon at the home of her son, Joseph, in the town of Pilsen. She had been an invalid for nine years. Funeral service will be held at 10 am Thursday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Plilsen Mrs Jisa was born BARBAR KADLETZ in 1854 in Bohema and come to America when she was 14 years old. In 1877 she was married to ALBERT JISA, the first couple to be married in the Pilsen church. MR. JISA died 43 years ago. Barbara was a member of the Roasry of St. Joseph Church. Survivors are three daughters; MRS. ANNA ZELENK of Denmark, MRS. BARBARA SCHWEINER of Pound, and MRS TILLA LEDVINA of Perkins Mich., four sons; JOHN, Luxemburg, JOSEPH at home, ALBERT and THOMAS of Oconto Falls. One brother; MATT KADLETZ of Pilsen and two sisters; MRS. KATHERINE MIEZLVA and MRS. ANNA JANDA of Pilsen. Obit provided by FAG member gapwork90.
