Walter Hillard Smith, 67, a retired maintenance repairman for General Motors, died Thursday, May 16, 2002. Funeral: 12:30 p.m. Monday at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel. Burial: Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral. Survivors: Wife of more than 46 years, Margaret Smith; daughters, Alicia and husband, Hillary and husband; son, Glenn Smith; grandchildren, and sisters;, Donna Kouba, Pauline Foster, Corrine Ramsey and Glenda Bannister; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
