Sarah Elizabeth Dodd Harper was born June 25, 1857, in Alabama to Wiley Andrew Dodd and Frances Elizabeth Dunn Dodd. Wiley was born April 1, 1838, in Alabama and Frances was born December 14, 1839, in Alabama. Her husband, Reuben J. Harper was born January 24, 1853, in Walker County, Alabama and died May 4, 1924, in Wayne County, Tennessee and was buried in the Jackson Cemetery in Collinwood, Wayne County, Tennessee. According to his Death Certificate he died of Paralysis but there was no doctor in charge. Sarah died November 4, 1880 in Wayne County, Tennessee and was buried in the Powell Cemetery in Wayne County, Tennessee, and there are two unmarked graves next to hers.(GMT)
