Bio
Marie McInteer, 73, of Columbia, died Wednesday, December 9, 2009 at Norton-Audubon Hospital in Louisville. She was the daughter of the late William and Pearl Parson Froedge and a member of Carrying the Torch Ministries. She is survived by her husband, James McInteer of Columbia; one daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Joe Arnold of Russell Springs; one son and daughter-in-law, Pastor Glenn and Tammy McInteer of Columbia; three brothers: J.C., Coy and Carl Froedge, all of Columbia, and one half-brother and one half-sister: Emmitt Froedge of California and Ann Masik of Oaklawn, IL. Four grandchildren: Laura Parson, Joe Arnold, Macey and Kasey McInteer and several other relatives and friends also survive. Funeral service was held on Friday, December 11, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Willard Parson officiating. Burial in Moore Cemetery. Casket Bearers were: Junior Crawhorn, Robert Chapman, Daniel Froedge, Vernon Parson, Joe Arnold, and Terry Waddle. Grissom-Martin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
