J.C. Froedge, 83, of the Weed-Keltner community of Adair County, died Monday, April 16, 2018 at 3:18 P.M. at University Hospital in Louisville. He was born August 18, 1934, in Adair County, to the late Will McKinley and Pearl Lee Parson Froedge and a retired logger. Survivors include: His wife – Dora Allene Garrison Froedge of Columbia Two sons – Allan Froedge of Columbia, Mack Froedge of Oklahoma Two brothers – Coy Froedge and Carl Froedge both of Columbia Three grandchildren – Alex Froedge, McKinley Spillman, Jake Froedge Five great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends Funeral service – Friday, April 20, 2018 at 12 Noon at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Glenn McInteer officiating Burial in Moore Cemetery
