Son of Michael & Maryanna (Koziol) Kula. Married to Anna B. Boruch in 1902 at St. Mary's Catholic Church located in the Pilsno area of Polk County, Ne. Occupation: Farmer. Died on the farm when he was thrown from a wagon driven by a team of horses, and they bolted while pulling a manure spreader
