Bio

Daughter of Stanley & Agnes (Koziol) Kosiba. She attended school in Duncan. On April 22, 1931 she was united in marriage to Alois Tworek at St. Stanislaus Church in Duncan. Helen was a homemaker and cooked for weddings for over 35 years. She was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church, Christian Mothers, and St. Rose of Lima Altar Society. She is survived by: Daughter Dorothy (Jack) Greene of Omaha, NE Son Jim (Verneel) Tworek of Omaha, NE Son Leonard (Sharon) Tworek of Mooresville, IN Son Marc (Lori) Tworek of Trafalgar, IN Daughter Sr. Elaine Tworek of Chicago, IL Sister Barbara Chochon of Columbus, NE She is preceded in death by: Husband Alois Tworek Father Stanley Kosiba Mother Agnes Kosiba Son Raymond Tworek Brothers Seven Brothers Sisters Three Sisters
