Leonard R. Tworek, 61, Mooresville, died June 29, 2011. Leonard was born in Genoa, Nebraska on December 29, 1949, to the late Alois and Helen (Kosiba) Tworek. He proudly served in the United States Army. Additionally, Leonard was the owner of Ritz Roofing Company, Whiteland, since 1994. Prior to residing in Morgan County, Leonard was a semi truck owner-operator for many years in Nebraska. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Tworek. Survivors include his wife, Sharon; canine kids, Spirit, Rubie, Lexi, and Yippee; brothers, Marcel Tworek of Whiteland and Jim Tworek of Cincinnati; sisters, Sr. Elaine of South Dakota and Dorothy Greene of Nebraska. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Tworek. Survivors include his wife, Sharon; canine kids, Spirit, Rubie, Lexi, and Yippee; brothers, Marcel Tworek of Whiteland and Jim Tworek of Cincinnati; sisters, Sr. Elaine of South Dakota and Dorothy Greene of Nebraska. Friends and family will gather on Tuesday, July 5, 2011, from 4 to 7 p.m., at Carlisle-Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville. The Mooresville Honor Guard will perform military honors at 7 p.m., at the funeral home. Cremation will follow at the Morgan County Crematory. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
