Funeral services for Anna Belle Good are scheduled for 2 p.m. on Sunday, July 8, 2012 at Whitaker-Eads Funeral Home of Trenton. Burial will be in the Grundy Center Cemetery. A family visitation is scheduled from 1 p.m. until service time on Sunday. Open visitation will begin Saturday morning, July 7, 2012. Mrs. Good, a 98-year-old Trenton resident, died at 3:05 a.m. on Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton. Mrs. Good was born on Oct. 29, 1913 near Mill Grove in Mercer County, the daughter of Taylor and Stella Shockey Schooler. She was married on April 9, 1939 to Russell V. Good, who preceded her in death July 1, 1988. She was a member of Grundy Center Methodist Church and the VFW Auxiliary. Mrs. Good is survived by four nieces, Linda LaSala and Vicky Wright of Excelsior Springs, Louise Mingo and her husband, Ron of Simi Valley, CA and Patricia Nash of San Francisco, CA; two nephews, Richard Wright and his wife, Lynn of Liberty and Don Brown and his wife, Carol of St. Joseph; and several great- and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, a son, Daryl C. Good; a brother, John Henry Schooler; and a sister, Emily E. Wright.
