Bio
Son of Emil & Anna (Borchers) Olson. He graduated from Kramer High School in 1943. Darold served as a Radio Man 2nd Class in the U.S. Coast Guard during WWII from August 1943 to April 1946. He married Florence M. Mimick on October 26, 1948 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Columbus. Darold worked at Becton-Dickinson for 31 years from June 1954 to June 1985 when he retired. He was a member of St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, Honorary Life Member of the Knights of Columbus #938, Perpetual Adoration, Hartman Post #84 American Legion, D.A.V., Red Cross and the Becton-Dickinson Alumni Association.
