Survivors: wife, Gloria; son, daughterin-law, Kevin and Becci, Bee; daughters, Lois Ann Lavicky and fiance, Shawn Hansen, Seward, Rhonda Lavicky and friend, Derek Voehl, Seward; brother, sister-inlaw, Delano "Butch" and Maria, David City; sisters-in-law, spouse, Mary and Chris Simonsen, Seward, Diane Stave, Staplehurst; mother-in-law, Frances Zitak, Staplehurst; grandchildren, Taylor Lavicky, Shawn Voehl, Levi Voehl, Samantha Hansen.
