Bio

Son of Mike and Victoria (Fiala) Bruner. He attended Brainard Public Schools where he graduated from High School. He married Martha Proskovec on May 3, 1939 in Bruno, Nebraska. Henry farmed in Butler County until 1961. He was then employed by Rogers-Riley Motor Company in Columbus as a salesman until his retirement in 1980. He was a member of St. Bonaventure Catholic Church. Henry enjoyed trap shooting and was a member of The Isaac Walton Club. Henry is survived by: Wife : Martha Bruner of Columbus, NE Daughter: JoAnn (Marvin) Sisel of Arlington, VA Son: Hank (Linda) Bruner of Columbus, NE Brother: Ernest Bruner of Columbus, NE 4- Grandchildren 8-Great Grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Helen Sabata.
