Bio

Willie Lee Waters, age 71, a native of Baldwin County, Ala., and a resident of Robertsdale, died May 12, 1988. She is survived by six daughters, Velma Thames, Robertsdale, Ala.; Jeniece Hooper, Silverhill; Jeanette Meader, Foley; Paulette Comstock, Rosinton; Linda Johnson, Robertsdale; and Carolyn Thomley, Clear Springs, Ala.; seven sons, Eddie Waters, Foley; Dewitt Waters, Stapleton; Buford Waters, Freddie Waters, Buddy Waters and Winston Waters, all of Robertsdale; Gary Waters, Foley; two sisters, Louise Ware and Lucille Hadley of Robertsdale; 26 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Saturday, May 14, 1988 at 10 a.m. from Mack Funeral Home with Rev. Johnny Emerson officiating. Burial was in Hinote Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were by Mack Funeral Home in Robertsdale, Ala. Published Thursday, May 14, 1988, The Independent, Robertsdale, Alabama.
