JoAnn Lambert November 15, 1940 - April 03, 2016 JoAnn Lambert, 75, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away at her residence on April 3, 2016. She was born on November 15, 1940 to Marvin and Velma (Hancock) Woodard in Fisher County, Texas. JoAnn was retired after working for 40 years as an LVN. She was also a part of the Texas Good Sam Club, Licensed Vocational Nurses Association of Texas as well as a member of the First Baptist Church. She is survived by her loving husband, Gene Lambert of Mt. Pleasant, TX; daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl Ann and Gary Wayne Banks of Mt. Pleasant, TX; daughter and son-in-law, Charla Jean and Chuck Denman of Mt. Pleasant, TX; grandchild and spouse, Candice and James Foshee of Lake Charles, LA; grandchild, Lauren Elizabeth Denman of Ft. Worth, TX; grandchild, Keri Lane Denman of Tulsa, OK; grandchild and spouse, Chance and Heather Banks of Mt. Pleasant, TX; grandchild, Hailey Michelle Johnson of Mt. Pleasant, TX; grandchild, Jami Johnson of Mt. Pleasant, TX; brother-in-law, Frank Young of Sweetwater, TX. Preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Gerry Young. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bates-Cooper-Sloan Funeral Home. Services will be on Wednesday April 6, 2016 at 2:00 PM in the Bates-Cooper-Sloan Chapel.
