Bio
Kenneth Neil Drevo, son of Joseph and Loreen Dorothy Kasha Drevo, was born in Crete, Nebraska. He graduated from Lincoln HS and was to attend the Univ of Neb on a diving scholorship, but after a head injury while playing varsity football during his senior year, Ken ended up joining the Navy where he was stationed in San Diego. Here he met and married Marla Murdock. He dabbled in many ventures but his long standing job was insurance sales and he was an area manager for CSE Ins. Ken is survived by his wife Marla, his children: Mrs. Cammi Amezcua, Ms. Wendi Drevo, Jeff Drevo and Mrs. Darci Gorney, 12 grandchildren (Alex Jr., Ashley, Joshua, Rebecca and Sean Amezcua, Loretta and Michelle Lang/Drevo who were legally adopted by Ken and Marla, Chris and Tiffany Drevo and Carson, Brynn and Justin Gorney), his sister Mrs. Betty Buck and his brother David W. Drevo. Ken passed away from a very quick growing brain tumor that was discovered in January 2005. He passed away quietly at home. Ashes were scattered at sea as were his wishes. Ken loved the ocean! Ken was a funny, silly, warm, loving and generous man and will be sorely missed.
