Bio

Funeral services for Mrs. Liza E. Polk, 72, of Foxworth, who died at 4:20 a.m. today at the Methodist hospital, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Baptist church of Foxworth. Burial will follow in Lott's cemetery, near Oloh community in Lamar county. Rev. John Oaks, pastor of Foxworth Baptist church, will be the officiating minister. Survivors include five sisters, Mrs. Dicy Bryant of Brooklyn, Mrs. Etta Lott of Rawls Springs, Mrs. Minnie Kennard of Foxworth, Mrs. Pearl Lott of Oloh and Mrs. Ada Goar of Improve; and one brother, Rev. N. A. Lott of hattiesburg. Mrs. Polk's husband, Milton Polk, died ten days ago. Hattiesburg American Wednesday, November 15, 1950
