Ona Jurecka SHERMAN - Graveside services for Ona Maye Rolf Jurecka, 88, from Sherman who passed away at Denison Manor June 1, 2012 will be held at 4 p.m on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at Fitzhugh Cemetery in Lucas, with Pastor Kenneth Crawford Forest Grove Christian Church officiating. Arrangements have been made under the direction of Dannel Funeral Home. Ona was born in McKinney to Willie Karr Gant and Georgia Maye Gantt. She married Raymond Fitzhugh Rolf on December 7, 1940 in McKinney. They were married for 34 years before he preceded her in death on April 6, 1974. They were blessed with two daughters, Billie Rolf and Sharon Rolf. Ona later married Bill Jurecka and they were married for six years before his passing in 1989. Ona enjoyed sewing, embroidery and always like to be on the go. She was a housewife for many years. She is survived by her two daughters, Billie Rolf and Sharon Rolf; grandchildren, Amy Alexander and husband Joe, Alice Johnson and husband Dan, Crystal Windham and fiancé Maneesh Roberts, all of Arlington, Sara Buskirk and husband Kent; great-grandchildren, Blake Buskirk and Brooke Buskirk, of Denison.
