James Kenneth "Buzzy" Steele, 61, of Blum, passed away Thursday, May 31, 2012, in Dallas. Service will be conducted at 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 5, 2012, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Burial will follow in Baker-Lain Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, June 4, 2012, at the funeral home. Buzzy was born in Cleburne, Texas, to J.K. and Thelma Hutchison Steele. He married Robbi Denise Day on April 28, 1995 in Glen Rose. Buzzy was a man of integrity and character, always trustworthy and honest. He was full of life, always happy and able to find humor in any situation he faced. He knew everyone and was always willing to help others. Buzzy loved to shop and found bargains wherever he went. He enjoyed riding his Harley and spending time with family and friends. His love of life and his infectious laughter will be missed greatly by all who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his father, J.K. Steele; children, Sandy Steele and Seth Merriman; and brother, Volley Womack. Survivors include his wife, Robbi Steele; sons, Jacky Steele and wife, Deanna, Rocky Steele and wife, Billie; daughters, Chivas Null and husband, Aaron, Summer Housley, and Tabatha Green and husband, Steven; 16 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; mother, Thelma Steele; sisters, Annette Kirkland and Mary Lou Bingham; several nieces and nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.
