Bio
Parents were John and Anna Kral, Kropatch. She attended school in Osceola, Nebraska. On January 12, 1896 she married Andrew J Fillinger. They moved to a homestead south of Greeley. Nine children were born to this union. After her husband died in 1917 she remained on the family farm and continued to raise her children and her daughter Anna's children until all were raised. She sold the farm in 1944 and went to Pocatello, Idaho and made her home for 12 years with the Zahm family. (Her daughter and son-in-law.) She died at age 88 in an Idaho hospital due to a previous stroke. She had numberous grandchildren at the time of her death. Lucy was laid beside her husband Andrew in Sacred Heart Cemetery. .
