Anna Margaret Fillinger NEWCASTLE, Wyo. - Requiem mass for Mrs. Anna Margaret Fillinger, Newcastle, will be said at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church with the Rt. Rev. Msgr. Frederick Kimmctt as celebrant. Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the McColley Funeral Home Chapel. ' Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Mrs. Fillinger died Tuesday evening at Weston County Memorial Hospital. She was born Feb. 12, 1880, in Polk County, Neb., the daughter of John and Anna Kropatch. She attended schools in that area. She married Mathew Fillinger, Jan. 30. 1907, in Polk County. They lived a short while in Greeley, Neb., then at Chambers, Neb., until homesteading southeast of Newcastle in 1918. They engaged in farming and ranching until 1935 when they moved to Dewey to operate a store and service station. They moved to Newcastle in 1950. Surviving are a son, Dave, Powell, Wyo.; two daughters, Mrs. Gladys Terry and Mrs. L. E. (Margaret) Macklcr, both of Newcastle, 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1955 and a son, Ralph, in 1957 Rapid City Journal ( Rapid City, SD ) 33 Jan 1968 - Wed - page 20
