Born;Brandon, Mississippi Spouses; 1) Addison P. Hester, married 2 March 1879; 2)James Walter Goodwin, married 13 September 1922 Baldy Washington & Sarah Elizabeth (Cordell) Taylor Pension #20149 One rejected pension application as Malissa Goodwin. Mortuary Warrant, died. Austonio of bronchial pneumonia; Hester died 16 January 1911 and she remarried. Goodwin died 22 January 1935 so she reapplied for her pension on Hester. She could not draw a pension for service of James Goodwin because their marriage date was not prior to. 1 January 1921.
