Married twice: First marriage was to William Mont Fanning. Second was to Hughey Jackson Willis, the son of Andrew Jackson Willis and Susannah Ledgerwood. Ethel Snell also married William Mont Fanning but marriage did not last as he remarried Dec 12 1907 in Harrison Co MO, Josephine Mariah 'Josie' Henry who had first married John Delmar Heath who died Oct 24 1905. William Mont Fanning and 'Josie' : Maude Fanning born 1908, Arthur A. Fanning 1910, Wilma L. Fanning b. 1915 and Opal Fanning 1921.
