Bio
Elliott C. Jeansonne Chisholm Our beloved Elliott joined her God and her husband on Wednesday, May 21, 2008, at the Cottage at Broadmoor in Baton Rouge, LA. She was 83. Elliott was born in Cottonport, LA and spent most of her adult life in New Orleans. Preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Buddy, and brother Neyland. Survived by her sisters: Marjorie Boniol and Elaine Gremillion; a brother, Lacy Jeansonne; son, Rodney Chisholm and wife, Mercedes of Folsom, LA; son, Clayton Chisholm and wife, Susan of Alpine, TX; daughter, Judy Olivier and husband, Bruce of Slidell, LA, daughter, Kim Gary and fiancée Vic Dunlap of Baton Rouge, LA; 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff at the Cottage at Broadmoor for the outstanding love and care they provided for Elliott. Elliott was a devoted volunteer with the People Program of New Orleans for almost 30 years.
