Lacy R. Jeansonne passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2015. He was 88 years old. Beloved husband of the late Emma Lou Jeansonne. Loving father of Timothy Jeansonne, Geralyn Hickey, Michael Jeansonne, Anne Perilloux (Bruce), and Lisa Kieffer. Grandfather of Keith Jeansonne, Elizabeth Compton, Caroline Hickey, Cole Hickey, Meaghan Jeansonne, Katherine Perilloux, Renee Kieffer, and Carly Kieffer. Brother of Marjorie Bionel, Elaine Gremillion, and the late Elliot Chisholm. Son of the late Remie and Bertha Jeansonne. He will be fondly remembered for the smile and the love he bestowed on everyone he met. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. in New Orleans, on Monday, March 2, 2015 at 11:00AM. Interment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum. A visitation will be held at the funeral home beginning at 9:00AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
