Bio
L.B. Luckett L. B. Luckett, 72 of Emory, passed away April 19, 2012. His service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday in the Wilson-Orwosky Funeral Home chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Leo Trimble. Internment will be at Smyrna Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. L.B. was born Nov. 29, 1939, in Dallas, to Clifford and Eura Mae Barker Luckett. He was a graduate of Rains High School. Survivors are his brother, James Luckett and wife Mary Helen of Emory; sister Judy Cooke of Emory; four children; six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Patricia Easley and Bobbie Belue; and one brother, Joe Pat Luckett. Pallbearers will be Bryan Luckett, Paul Bradshaw, Danny Fenter, Nolan House, Randy Barker, Billy Mac Adair and Charles Luckett.
