Joseph Obert "Jack" Neel, 84, of North Loup died Monday, April 16, 2012, at Madonna Rehabilitation in Lincoln. Jack was born Dec. 16, 1927, near York to Alvin and Martha (Guyle) Neel. Survivors are: brothers and sisters-in-law, Clyde of Issaquah, Wash., Bill and Erma of North Loup, Dewey and Betty of Ord and Mike of St. Paul. Inurnment was in the Hillside Cemetery, North Loup, NE. Published in The Grand Island Independent on April 18, 2012
