Edith Mae Whitfield Long, born August 24, 1925 in Trenton, Mo. passed away February 6, 2012 at Garden Village Retirement Home, Kansas City. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Long. Surviving are her daughter, Beverly (Dick) Pfeiffer, Sedalia; granddaughter, Lisa (Jeff) Sevick; and great grandson, Zachary Sevick, Kansas City. Memorial visitation was February 12, 2012 at McGilley Antioch Chapel, Kansas City. A family graveside service will be at Union Cemetery, Anderson, Mo.
