Daughter of Joe Mataus. Wife of V A Luza. Obituary courtesy of Lydia Luza Mousner (#48180125) 12/11/1935 Funeral Service of Brazos Woman Friday Morning Mrs. Cecilia Luza, aged 37 years, wife of V.A. Luza of Brazos county died a at the family farm home three miles east of Bryan Wednesday night at 11 o'clock, following a brief illness. The funeral will be held at the home Friday morning at 9:30 o'clock and at St. Joseph's Catholic Church at 10 o'clock, with Rt. Rev. J. E. Gleissner conducting the services. Interment will be made in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Cecilia Luza is survived by her husband and seven children; three sons and four daughters. Charles, Vince and Anton Luza, of Bryan; Mrs. Louis Zemanek of Bryan and Misses Cecilia, Tracy and Helen Luza, in the home. Her parents also survive, Mr. & Mrs. Joe Matous of Bryan, and three brothers and one sister.
