Bio

John was the son of Robert Thaddeus Abell & Clarissa C Spalding. He married Mahala Jane Girten on 13 January 1874 & they had 3 children. He married Barbara Catharine Janes on 28 January 1879 & they had 6 children. John was a Confederate Veteran of the Civil War, (Joe Porters Command) He was a retired farmer.
