Herald Coaster, March 25, 2003: Funeral services for Edith Estelle Domel, 81, of Needville, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 26, 2003, at the Garmany & Carden Funeral Chapel in Needville, with the Rev. Fred Banda officiating. Burial will follow in the Needville Public Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, March 25, at the Garmany & Carden Funeral Chapel, 3103 School St. in Needville. Serving as pallbearers will be Bradley Domel, Richie Domel, Brian Domel, Jody Domel, Ryan Stack, Chet Zdunkewicz, and Jason Zdunkewicz. Mrs. Domel passed away Monday, March 24, 2003, at Polly Ryon Memorial Hospital in Richmond. She was born Nov. 24, 1921 in Wadsworth to parents, William and Martha Ryman Mallory. She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Bill Domel. She is survived by her sons, Thomas Domel and wife, Veronica, Richard Domel and wife, Judy; daughters, Nancy Stack and her husband Rich, and Judy Zdunkewicz and husband, Randall, all of Needville; grandchildren, Bradley Domel and wife, Jennifer, of San Antonio, Tara Domel of Houston, Richie Domel and wife, Becky, of Sealy, Brian Domel of East Bernard, Jody Domel of East Bernard, Ryan Stack, Jenny Stack, Julie Stack, Chet Zdunkewicz, and Jason Zdunkewicz, all of Needville; great-grandchildren, Lauren and Dakota Domel; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services are under the direction of Garmany & Carden Funeral Directors, Inc., 3103 School St. in Needville. (979) 793-4515.
