She was born May 6, 1919 in Dulaney, daughter of Joe Sartin and Victoria Kurkendahl Sartin. She married Robert "Demp" Clinton, who preceded her in death. She later married John Caraway. Mrs. Caraway was a Methodist. She worked as a seamstress for the J.R. Love Company in Celeste for 27 years Surviving are her husband of Farmersville; a son, Ronnie Clinton of Rockwall; sister Lavena Chapman of Princeton; three grandchildren and one great-grandson. Visitation is from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
