Herald Coaster, April 15, 1996: Funeral services for Elsie Sitta, 80, of Richmond, formerly of Needville, are scheduled for Tuesday, April 16, at 2 p.m. at the Garmany & Carden Chapel, 3103 School Street in Needville. Burial will be in the Needville Public Cemetery. Mrs. Sitta died on Sunday, April 14, 1996, at Kateland Square in Richmond. She was born on Nov. 2 1915 in Needville. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Needville. She loved sewing, arts and crafts, and bingo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Sitta. She is survived by a daughter, Marilyn Petrosky and her husband, Raymond, of Needville; grandchildren, Mark Petrosky and his wife, Dawna, of Manvel, Ken Petrosky and his wife, Pam, of Needville, and Shanna Boyd and her husband, Courtney, of Needville; five great-grandsons; one great-granddaughter; one brother, Arnold Petrusek of Needville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
