Bio

Shirley N. Laurance, 91, of Rigby, formerly of Idaho Falls and Richfield, Utah, passed away Sunday, Feb. 5, 2012, of a severe stroke suffered in January. She was buried in the Richfield, Utah, Cemetery on Friday, Feb. 10, next to her first husband, Allen E. Brown, and her baby daughter. She was born May 3, 1920, in Circleville, Utah, and is survived by Rodney A. Brown of Rigby, Kathy (Ray) Cook and Randell E. (Karen) Brown, both of Idaho Falls, and Richard J. (Debby) Brown of Boise; 12 grandchildren, 20-plus great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Per her directions, there was no viewing or funeral, and only simple private graveside services were held in Richfield.
