Myrtle Frances Long, 70, a 69-year resident of St. Maries, died Monday at her home there. Service for Mrs. Long will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Yates-Hodge Funeral Home in St. Maries. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery there. Born Sept. 2, 1914, in Washington, she came with her parents to Pee Dee Hill near St. Maries, when she was 18 months old. She attended the 1st through 12th grades in the Pee Dee Hill School and attended college for two years in Lewiston. Mrs. Long had owned and operated her own business in St. Maries more than 40 years. She married Bill Long May 31,1963, in Coeur d'Alene. Survivors include her husband at the St. Maries home; two sons, Ronald Ryle and Robert Ryle, both of St. Maries; two brothers, Aaron Robinson and Leonard Robinson, both of St. Maries; a step-brother and a half-brother.
