Bio

John Henry Wolfe, 88, was a member of the Church of Christ. He was a former Breckenridge nurseryman and farmer. John Henry Wolfe married Rosa Mae Burris on 27 August 1905 at Hamilton County, Texas. The couple moved to Woodson in 1924 and to Breckenridge in 1931. He worked for the Eastern Star Home in Arlington from 1945-1948 until moving to Mineral Wells. He was a member of the IOOF Lodge. Survived by four sons: J. T., J. M., Charles and Frank Wolfe; six daughters - Mrs. Cecil Tipton, Mrs. Lawrence Kidwell, Mrs. Dave Dodson, Mrs.V. E. Jobe, Miss Jessie Wolfe, Mrs. J.H. Parker; three brothers - Alvie, Frank and Tim Wolfe; four sisters - Mrs. Florence Willingham, Mrs. Fannie Ray, Mrs. Daisie Bass, Mrs. Mivy Michley; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren.
