Husband: Delmar Atchley (D. 1967) Married: 07/23/1917, Hamilton County, TX, Hamilton County Marriage Record Bk. 7, p. 176 Parents: Mac Wolfe & Elizabeth Barnett The Hamilton Herald-News Hamilton County, Texas 20 September, 1990 Iva Myrtle Atchley, 90, of Comanche died Sept. 13, 1990, in a Comanche nursing home following a short illness. Funeral services were held Sunday, Sept. 16, at Riley Funeral Chapel with Jin Sullenger officiating. Burial was in Murphree Cemetery. She was born May 11, 1900, in Hamilton County to the late Mac and Elizabeth Barnett Wolfe. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. She married Delmar Atchley in Hamilton County in 1917, [Hamilton County Marriage Record Bk. 7, p. 176] and he preceded her in death in 1967. She also was preceded in death by one son, Finnymore Atchley, three sisters, six brothers, two grandchildren and one great grandchild. Survivors include, six children, Loucille Proctor of Coahoma, R. L. Atchley of Comanche, Iweta Herrington of Santee, Calif., Billy Wayne Atchley of Fort Worth, Joyce Marie Haile of Stephenville, and Hugh Gene Atchley of Gunner; 24 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Gene Brewer, James Proctor, James Atchley, Robert Schronk, Ricky Don Schronk, and Kenneth Schronk. Shared by Roy Ables
