Bio

Mr. Kermit James Vinklarek Hochheim - Kermit James Vinklarek, of Hochheim, died at 7:20 p.m. on Saturday, December 23, 1989, in a Yoakum hospital as a result of a massive heart attack at the age of 33 years and 19 days. Mr. Vinklarek was born on December 14, 1956, son of Richard and Angeline (Malinovsky) Vinklarek of Shiner. He was a farmer in the Hochheim area. A rosary was recited at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, December 25, 1989, at Buffington Funeral Home chapel. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, December 26, 1989, at St. Ann Catholic Church, West of Yoakum. Burial followed in St. Ann's Catholic Cemetery near Yoakum under the direction of Buffington Funeral Home, Yoakum. Pallbearers were Ronald Vesely, Lester Haas Jr., Billy Braden, Glenn Braden, Otto Koliba, and Charles Wenske. In addition to his parents, surviving are his wife, Mrs. Joyce Petruc Vinklarek of Hochheim; two daughters, Lesly Vinklarek and Dawn Vinklarek, both of Hochheim; two brothers, Richard Vinklarek Jr. of Shiner, and Clifton Vinklarek of Yoakum; two sisters, Gail Kallus of Hallettsville, and Bridget Buesing of Yoakum.
